Website Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions. Welcome to this website. By accessing and using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using this website immediately.

2. Service Content and Consultation

  • Informational Nature: The past project examples, design drawings, and renderings displayed on this website are for reference only and do not constitute a guarantee of any specific project results. Actual results may vary depending on site conditions, material supply, and client requirements.

  • Free Consultation: Our free initial consultation aims to understand your project overview and the opinions provided are for reference only. All formal quotations are based on on-site measurements and a written quotation issued after detailed discussions.

3. Reservations, Quotations, and Contracts

  • On-site measurement: To provide an accurate quote, we need to arrange for an engineer or designer to conduct an on-site measurement to assess the actual environment and the complexity of the project.

  • Effectiveness of the Quotation: A written quotation will specify the project items, materials used, brands, specifications, construction period, payment arrangements, and maintenance terms. The contract will officially take effect after the client signs the quotation and pays the first installment.

  • Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for confirming all design details, material selections, and engineering requirements before submitting a quotation and signing the contract. Significant modifications after contract signing may affect the final cost and schedule.

4. Payment Arrangements: We adopt a phased payment method, and the specific arrangements will be clearly listed in the quotation. The general process is as follows:

  • Initial payment: to be paid upon signing the contract.

  • Interim payment: Payment is made after completion and acceptance of a specific stage of the project (such as completion of masonry work or before the commencement of carpentry work).

  • Final payment: Paid upon completion of the entire project and final acceptance by the client.
All payments shall be made on the date specified in the contract. Late payments may result in project delays.

5. Project Management and Delays

  • Construction Period: The construction period listed in the quotation is an estimated time. If the project is delayed due to customer-requested design changes, material selection delays, severe weather, or force majeure, our company will not be held responsible, and the construction period will be extended accordingly.

  • Site Management: We will strive to keep the construction site clean and comply with the building management office's construction regulations. The client needs to assist in coordinating the construction unit's access to the building and handling relevant applications (if applicable).

6. Intellectual Property Rights: All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, design schemes, and engineering case photos, is the property of our company or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. No one may reproduce, adapt, or use it without express written permission.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This clause shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this clause shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The amended version will be published on this website without further individual notice.

3. Personalized Outcome Differences: The outcome of renovation projects is highly unique and uncertain. The final result, quality, and durability of the project can be affected by a variety of factors, including, but not limited to:

  • The natural characteristics of the material (such as wood grain, stone grain) and batch variations.

  • The actual conditions of the construction site (such as structure, location of water and electricity).

  • How customers should use and maintain the product.
Therefore, we do not guarantee that every client will achieve results exactly as shown in the case studies.

4. Limitation of Third-Party Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, increased costs or project delays directly or indirectly caused by the actions, negligence or delays of third parties (such as the building management office, owners' corporation, material suppliers, subcontractors or other personnel hired by the client).

5. Customer Responsibility and Risk Assumption You understand and agree that all renovation projects involve inherent risks. As the customer, you have the responsibility to:

  • Provide real, accurate, and complete on-site information and individual needs.

  • Timely confirmation of design plans, material selections, and engineering changes.

  • Fulfill the payment obligations stipulated in the contract.

  • Coordinate application matters related to building management (if applicable).

6.
